All orders are custom-made. Production typically takes 3–7 business days depending on order size and complexity.

Once your order is produced and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Standard delivery within the Netherlands is typically 1–3 business days after dispatch. International shipping may take longer.

For bulk or business orders, delivery timelines will be discussed and confirmed before production begins.

Because all products are custom-made to order, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect design submissions.

However, if you receive a product with a defective print (e.g., misaligned, cracked, or significantly different from the approved design), please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include photos of the issue and your order details. We'll review your case and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

• •Do not tumble dry
• •Do not iron directly on the print
• •Avoid bleach and harsh detergents
• •Hang dry for best results
