Nookez reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page.

All products are custom-made to order. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume and complexity. We will communicate any significant delays.

By submitting a design for printing, you confirm that you own the rights to the artwork, logo, or image, or have obtained proper permission to use it.

Nookez is not responsible for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement resulting from customer-supplied designs.

Any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from unauthorized use of third-party designs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We strive for the most accurate color reproduction possible. However, slight color variations may occur between what you see on screen and the final printed product due to differences in monitors, garment materials, and printing processes.

Minor color differences are not considered a defect and are not grounds for a return or refund.

Nookez is liable only for direct damages caused by proven negligence on our part, up to the value of the order in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business opportunities.

Product images on this website are for illustration purposes. While they represent actual prints, final results may vary depending on garment type and design complexity.

We collect personal information (name, email, shipping address) solely for the purpose of processing and delivering your order.

Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties, except as necessary for order fulfillment (e.g., shipping carriers).
